These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and MyPartner (“we”, “us”) governing your use of the MyPartner app and website. By using MyPartner, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 17 years old to use MyPartner and able to form a binding contract.

2. The service

MyPartner provides AI-generated insights about conversations, plus social features such as polls and shared readings. The analysis is for personal, informational, and entertainment purposes only — it is not professional, legal, medical, or psychological advice, and outcomes are not guaranteed. Use your own judgment.

3. Your account

You are responsible for your account and for the accuracy of the information you provide. Keep your login secure and notify us of any unauthorized use.

4. User content & zero tolerance for objectionable content

You are responsible for the content you submit or share. There is zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior. You agree not to post, share, or transmit content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, threatening, defamatory, sexually explicit, or that infringes others’ rights, and not to impersonate or abuse other users.

To keep the community safe, MyPartner provides:

a content filter that blocks objectionable language before it is posted;
the ability to report content or users, and to block abusive users;
review of reported content, with removal of violating material — and, where warranted, ejection of the user — within 24 hours.

We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, at our discretion.

5. Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the service: no reverse engineering, scraping, automated abuse, attempts to breach security, or use that violates any law or third-party rights.

6. Subscriptions & payments

MyPartner offers auto-renewing subscriptions billed through your App Store account. Your subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in your device’s Subscriptions settings. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

7. Intellectual property

MyPartner, its software, and branding are owned by us and protected by law. You retain rights to the content you submit, and grant us a limited license to process it to provide the service.

8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyPartner is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for decisions you make based on the app’s output.

9. Termination

You may stop using MyPartner and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms; the “Last updated” date reflects the latest version. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
